Mr. Sharma is appointed as Event Operations Manager of AAGNI for Event Coordination, Staff Supervision, Event Planning & Execution, enz. He will direct and coordinate AAGNI staff activities & thereby will support AAGNI's Corporate Events, Media & Entertainment Activities in India & Worldwide. He will supervise our Events Management Activities, Supervision, Operations & Productions, staffing utilization, directing to coordinating events & activities in India & worldwide, and will be responsible for action plan, production & execution as a talented Field Event Operations Officer for all Media, Entertainment, Event Planning & implementation. He has a vast experience in event organization what as follows:
Handling Business Development, Client servicing & Production
Heading the production team of 20 people
Handling the production of ADfilms, and Events.
Ensure proper branding, execution and coordination processes followed as per guidelines
Vendor management and Client relationships and negotiations.
Handling the Budgets of Events, Roadshows and mall promotions
Coordinated all the legal permissions for Events and Road shows.
Collecting the daily feedback reports of the team members.
Coordinating with Director of the Company for preparing Event
