YOUR FORTNIGHT WITH AAGNI EVENT MANAGEMENT 

It was a breezy mid-summer day when an idea came knocking…let’s get on with a fashion show! Yes, I know, there’s some explanation needed here…well, this is how the picture is. I’ve recently answered to my calling and have started my own fashion magazine. But the teething troubles were what had kept me up my toes these days and the major one being getting the right exposure. Though we were getting quite a few plum projects, I wasn’t really seeing my business going where exactly I wanted it to be. So what better way than organizing a fashion show?...better said than done! I didn’t know a soul who would guide me on it and neither could I rely on just any event management company since I was such a newbie in the business. It was then that my know-it-all friend came to my rescue and suggested the name of Aagni, a leading name in the field of event management company in India. Having had the “Aagni” experience herself during her perfectly planned dream wedding (now I come to know of it!), she was all praises for their unmatched services and cost-effective ways.  “And not just this”, she gushed, “there’s more to it…Aagni does everything, right from corporate events, promotionals, launch parties, fundraisers, modeling and celebrity management to trainings, advertising, portfolio services, film production…” she rambled on, while I made up my mind…if it’s my first fashion show, it’s going to be Agni.

However, I was skeptical. What about all the running-arounds and hassles? How would I fit all of these within my already packed schedule? What about getting sponsors? What about the invites?...it was not going to be a joy-ride most definitely, I decided. Still in doubt, I got in touch with the contact person for Agni, mailing all my necessities, and boy! there was quick response, just the next day a team of professionals from the event management company paid me a visit. What was more impressive was that they could quickly grasp my requirements and in a couple of hours, we were all prepared to set sail to my dream project. But, it is said that the path to success is never too easy and it got proved when the plush venue that had in mind declared that we could fix up our event with them anytime within a fortnight! Now that, I thought, was impossible…how could I possibly get all my arrangements done within a fortnight? Again it was my project manager from Aagni who assured me, all brimming with confidence.

The next few days had in store some of the most unimaginable moments…all I had to do was just utter what I wanted and how I wanted it to be and the ideas kept getting played up beautifully by the team Aagni. The stage was set, models and designers were selected, sponsors were roped in and the invites were dispatched...all in a span of just a fortnight! The event turned out to be a success with everything perfectly in place and guess what?...It did for me what it intended to do…some really big projects made their way to me and what more? My show was the talk of the town, all thanks to Aagni.

Aagni got my vision transformed into reality. That’s how my journey with Aagni started and I’m still with it!
